SPONSORSHIP FORM
The
following are the different levels of sponsorship. Each team is responsible for providing a minimum of one Team
Sponsor as defined below. Of course
your sponsor is also welcome (and encouraged!) to contribute at the corporate
level (Platinum, Gold and Silver) and receive the additional benefits that come
with those sponsorships.
CORPORATE SPONSORSHIPS
PLATINUM - $500
Benefits include:
Field sign at Curtis Park
Field sign at Beebe Park
1/4 page ad in yearbook
Company listing on web site
Appreciation plaque
Platinum Sponsor that also is a
sponsor for the 2008 season will receive all of the benefits of a Platinum
Sponsor for the same price as a Gold Sponsor.
Gold - $400
Same as Platinum except no field sign at Beebe Park
Silver - $350
Same as Gold except company listing instead of ad in yearbook
Team Sponsorship - $200
Company recognition by team sponsored
Team appreciation plaque
Company listing in yearbook
Company listing on website (pending)
If Team Sponsorship is split between more than one sponsor,
there is an additional $25 charge to cover costs of additional sponsorship
plaque.
